This product has recently become available for sale in the United States and has instantly become the photographer’s best friend.

It is truly the best and most effective way to clean your camera sensors.

This same sensor gel stick is used by techs at the best camera companies such as Nikon, Leica, Canon and Olympus to clean your CCD and CMOS sensors.

Not long ago this product was only available for manufacturers, but now you have access to it as well!

This fascinating technology has been used for years now. However, as stated above, only manufacturers had access to it.

When you send your cameras for costly repairs or cleaning, the techs there use this same exact product!

The question is, if they use it there, why can’t you use it at your home for a fraction of the cost?

This sensor gel stick is extremely easy to use and anyone, even without experience, can use it. All you really need is a steady hand and some patience!

The sensor gel stick, unlike other types of cleaning, utilizes gel to pick up and remove dust from your sensor.

The process is very simple and quick. All you have to do is follow the instructions that come with the product.

Basically, you will be required to use the stick in an up and down motion. A sticky paper is included in the kit to make it possible for you to clean the gel off the tip of the stick. This way you won’t get dirty gel on your sensor.

You should use the cleaning kit at room temperature in order to get the most out of this product. If you use it in tougher environments you could not get the results expected due to the changing texture of the gel.

Environment Warning:

Please be aware of the environment where you choose to use the sensor gel stick. Do not use it in very hot and humid environments as it can affect the quality of the product. The sensor gel stick can normally be used in cold temperatures, although we do not recommend to use it under 40 degrees Farenheit. Room temperature is ideal for this product’s best performance.

The process may vary depending on the camera’s manufacturer. Some manufacturers apply different coatings and this can affect the stickiness of the sensor gel stick. Due to this, we do not recommend to use the same sensor gel stick on different cameras, even more so from different manufacturers.

Make sure to read the product advisory section below!

Supported Cameras:

The Sensor Gel Stick can be used in all brands of digital interchangeable lens cameras, except the Sony and Fuji mirrorless cameras we will list below. Brands that are compatible with the Sensor Gel Stick include: Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Panasonic, Samsung, Pentax/Ricoh.

Product Advisory:

As stated above, Sony’s, Fuji’s and Leica’s proprietary coating technologies that are present on their mirrorless cameras may cause the Sensor Gel Stick to not perform to its maximum capabilities as it might leave some residue on the sensor filter. In order to clean these cameras please make sure to use the Sony version of the Sensor Gel Stick

The amazing thing about the Sensor Gel Stick is that you can use it continuously for years without having to re-purchase it. If you happen to touch the tip of the sensor with your finger, drop it on the ground or for some other reason the stickiness disappears over time, all you have to do is wash the tip with clean tap water and air dry it.

That’s it! You are ready to reuse it! In order not to damage your precious camera after cleaning your Sensor Gel Stick for reuse, we do not recommend to use cleaning chemicals during the process.

All you have to do is wash your hands properly with soap to remove the grease, put the gel in running water and wash the surface with your fingers. After that, all you have to do is let the sensor gel stick air dry for a few hours and you’re good to go! For more details view this article.
